What is a retort food package?
It is a package for Retort Food which is generally defined as “pre-cooked and ready-to-eat products in plastic film or aluminum foil laminated package which is hermetically sealed by heat and sterilized through steam or boiling water in autoclaves at temperatures between 110 ℃ and 130 ℃ for over 4 minutes”.
